Body Poetry is a 7-week course investigating The Six Perfections of Tibetan Buddhism. Known as ‘transcendental actions,’ these are the attitudes to personify in mind, body and speech to take you to the other side → Out of the ordinary way of being that has you coming up short time after time, and into immeasurable potential.
This is not about being perfect, it's about getting free.

If you would have asked me just a few years ago, I never considered myself a ‘creative.” It was when I started studying meditation + dharma that my whole world expanded. Poetry and dance started to pour through and out of me. My yoga and energy healing practices became more alive. The bounds of ‘this is just the way things are’ fell away and I started seeing the potential for magic in all things, people and places. I became the author for the way I experienced the world, and there really was no limit to what was possible.
