Lindsay Monal
Director of Marketing, Co-Lead Facilitator
Lindsay is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Meditation Facilitator passionate about helping people cultivate rest, relaxation, and joy through sound. I’ve spoken at the United Nations, performed sound for Harvard University, and led immersive wellness experiences for Google, Audible, and Athleta. I truly believe sound healing is the medicine of the future, and I’m excited to share this journey with you.
Jackie Cantwell (they/them)
Director of Marketing, Co-Lead Facilitator
Jackie is a renowned sound artist, meditation leader, and wellness innovator, known for performing at some of the largest meditations in the world. As Director of Sound for The Big Quiet, they’ve toured with Oprah Winfrey, created best-selling meditations on Audible, and collaborated with and performed for icons like Deepak Chopra, Lady Gaga, and Alicia Keys.
Sam Wilensky
Director of Operations, Partner, Teacher
Sam bridges organizational mastery with contemplative arts. As a meditation teacher, yin yoga facilitator, and sound artist, she creates transformative spaces for deep inner exploration. She’s the reason Bowl Club runs seamlessly—so you can focus on your creative genius.
